Questions
Yes. Passing the ITIL 5 Foundation Bridge renews your ITIL 4 Foundation certification for another three years and gives you the current ITIL Foundation (Version 5) certificate.
For the Bridge, yes. If you're new to ITIL, the full ITIL 5 Foundation course is your starting point, with no prerequisites.
